She loves the car but her buying and then servicing experience was not nearly as top tier as Darrell Waltrip Subaru. I dreaded going to Finance which is usually an unpleasant, hard sales pitch experience. That was not at all the case. It was simple and straightforward. And finally the car pricing itself. After doing tons of research I was ready to go in there and ask for them to take off a bunch of those fees they tend to sneak in (I’m looking at you BMW) but there was literally nothing to remove. And the final Financing amount was easy to follow. More
