I recently purchased a new (to me) vehicle from Darrell Waltrip Subaru and throughout the entirety of the purchasing process I was very pleased with the level of service I received at the dealership. The dealership as a whole was great to work with and I walked away with the exact vehicle I was looking for. Everyone I came into contact with was friendly and always willing to answer questions and point you in the right direction. I worked with Boomer Alvord on the sales side and I can't say enough good things about him. He is very professional and responsive to all your questions, while also making the car buying process an enjoyable experience. I enjoyed getting to know him a bit during our test drive and through the purchasing process. Anyone that works with him is in great hands and I would encourage anyone thinking about coming to the dealership to ask for him. I will certainly work with him again in the future if my wife and I are in the market for another vehicle anytime soon. Chris in their financing department worked with me on the final paperwork and he was equally as great to work with. We spent about an hour in his office going over the numbers and I left without having any remaining questions. I would recommend anyone looking to purchase a new Subaru to visit this dealership.
