I came in with a flat tire on a cold rainy Monday morning without an appointment. The place was packed with customers. I was met promptly by Josh Galyean who heard my issue and assessed the situation and tol without an appointment. The place was packed with customers. I was met promptly by Josh Galyean who heard my issue and assessed the situation and told me that he would have someone to help me as soon as possible and to sit inside the vehicle to stay warm. Shortly thereafter Wesley Lemonds came up and proceeded to take care of the situation. He was very professional and told me that he could have the tire looked at to see if it was repairable. I went inside and worked on a report for about 10 minutes and he appeared to tell me that the tire could be fixed and should be ready in about an hour and gave me the estimate for the repair. He had the car back to me in less than the hour and out the door and off to work. Wesley sure helped to fix the tire and make a very bad Monday morning much better. Consistent high level of service and professionalism I had an appointment for my scheduled oil change. No problem. There were some other services that I needed due to time since last completed that Rick I had an appointment for my scheduled oil change. No problem. There were some other services that I needed due to time since last completed that Rick told about and all the things were needed. I did not feel pressured and the decision on performing them was mine to make. He came to me in the waiting at least 2 times to check on me, see it if needed anything, and to give me an update on the progress on my Ridgeline. This is my second time dealing with Rick and will request him every time. I had a couple of none service questions and he answered them without hesitation. An overall good experience. More

This is the 5th Honda in a row that I have leased or bought. I had a 2016 HRV that was leased from a Dallas dealership with two payments left on the lease that the salespeople I worked with told me I would not have to pay as I purchased a new Honda. I received a bill for the two remaining months from the Honda Leasing along with several phone calls threatening to turn me over to a collection agency in a few days if I did not pay. I drove over 100 miles to your dealership on a Saturday to talk to someone about and a employee named Jimmy Harris took my phone number and told me he would check it out. He did not call me on Monday as he said to call him if he did not. I called him and he told me my problem was with the Dallas dealership which I know was not true as they were not involved in the turn-in of the lease car. I was told today that they decided to give me a discount on the price of the new car instead. They did not tell me this and I have no idea what the discount was. I do not appreciate being taken advantage of because have no one to help me. More
