I stopped into Darlings Used Vehicle Center on a Friday to just look at some options. Right off, I was able to pick out a truck that I loved and knew my fiance would too. Nick showed and discussed the truck with me and right away I knew I wanted to get the vehicle from him. Eventually, Gavin and I were both able to try it out and decided we wanted it. Nick was so patient and helpful with the entire process. He was always easy to reach, comfortable to be around, very honest, and always willing to find the answers if he didn't know them. Might I add, we also had a wonderful experience with Amy Nye in the finance department. She was easy to work with, very knowledgable, and always made sure we knew exactly what she was talking about. It took a few trips to Darlings, but Dustin hand-picked vehicles that met my criteria. The vehicles he picked were really nice, but they somehow didn't feel quite right. Dustin continued to work with us tirelessly until I found the perfect car. He didn't get frustrated during the process. He was thorough and professional without being pushy. He's personable and made us feel like valued customers to Darlings. We had worked with two other car dealers in Bangor before, and the service we received at Darling's far exceeded the other two car dealers. My husband and I both love my new car, a Chrysler 300C. Unreliable car They sold me a Toyota Camry that very occasionally does not start. It had the wrong front axle but they paid to replace it when it was discovered. No one can figure out the intermittent starting issue. My biggest problem is the condescending way they told me they were bending over backward to help me. Stop patting yourself of the back for taking my call after you sold me a junk car. More
