Great experience Finding the truck I needed with no Stress All were very helpful and worked very hard to to find me the truck I needed. Alan gave me the feeling that I was the most important customer on the l All were very helpful and worked very hard to to find me the truck I needed. Alan gave me the feeling that I was the most important customer on the lot by keeping me up on everything that I needed to know. I had a few concerns with this used truck howeverl all made sure they were fixed and I left with it being as close to new as possible at a great price. Overall one of the better experiences in buying a new Truck over 45 years. I will plan on stopping here first when I need another vehicle. More

He was After looking for an SUV at local dealerships and online, I met Joe Doucette at the Darling's Used Car lot in Bangor on a Saturday afternoon. He was very friendly and approachable. I asked about an SUV that was at another Darling's lot. He gave me his card. I was too tired to try out anything that day because we had spent hours at another dealership where we were basically told we wouldn't be able to find what we wanted in our price range and trying to be talked into a lease. A week later we went over to meet Joe and see what he had available. The SUV I asked about was being tried out so he showed us a couple others. The first one didn't have the optional 3rd row seat so he went back in to search their inventory. It was a very busy day there, but he was not pushy or rushing us at all. He showed us a white (color I really wanted) Ford Explorer that had just been traded in and put a plate on so we could try it out. He let us try it out with our son. (The last dealership that we tried out a vehicle at the dealer jumped in the back with us!) It was nice because it gave us a chance to talk it over and pull over in Orono to really check it out. We even got approval on the Ford Explorer from a local police officer that was doing his rounds and stopped by to talk to us as he was driving one too! 🙂 We returned to the dealership and decided we wanted the Explorer. Joe had the history on the SUV. It was a one owner vehicle and very clean. He told us it would be detailed and fully inspected before we would get it. He started the paperwork and let us know Amy Nye would try to do the paperwork that day but she had some other customers right then. We asked if we could go eat. He said sure and he'd call us when she was available. Everything timed out well. Joe called and Amy had everything organized and ready for us and explained the options. She was very knowledgeable and made the whole process go smoothly. I had a couple questions after that Rob and the manager Bob answered for me. Joe also called to follow up. It was Memorial weekend, so we picked up the SUV a few days later after it was fully inspected and detailed. I just returned today from them putting a brand new windshield in for us because of two dings they found during inspection. I spoke to the manager and told him I love my Explorer. He was happy to hear that. Joe gave me a ride to the waiting area at Darling's which was really nice while they put the windshield in. When it was finished he gave me a ride back over and helped me figure out some of my new gagets on the Explorer. We love our 'new to us' vehicle! We were very pleased with Joe and the team at Darling's! We would definitely recommend stopping by to see what they have. Angel and Mark Seavey More
