Excellent Service!! I came to Darlings and "Asked for Scott," upon recommendation of a coworker. I knew exactly what I wanted, but Scott still made sure I knew the differ I came to Darlings and "Asked for Scott," upon recommendation of a coworker. I knew exactly what I wanted, but Scott still made sure I knew the different options available to me, just to be informed. He got me in a car within 15 minutes of being there, and I was hooked! My father spent a great deal of time with Scott understanding the "ins and outs" of the contracts. We were in between leasing and buying, and Scott explained the differences in each. He was patient, and happy to answer any questions we had. He returned phone calls quickly, and was overall a pleasure to work with. The specific color car I wanted was not on the lot, so Scott called around and was able to find another car in a different part of the state. It was on the lot the next business day, even while Scott was battling a cold! I definitely recommend Scott Larabee at Darling's. More

Best and most helpful! I had been to other lots before i stopped by darlings. But I knew i wanted to lease my car from them just from the way i was treated! My sales rep eve I had been to other lots before i stopped by darlings. But I knew i wanted to lease my car from them just from the way i was treated! My sales rep even sat in the car with me for a couple of hours giving me a refresher on driving stick! Now that's service! And even delivered the car to me after i had left the dealership. Always courteous and helpful in sales, finance, service On my last visit to Darling's I had my Honda in for a regular maintenance visit. It was really nice to get a ride from their courtesy van to a local On my last visit to Darling's I had my Honda in for a regular maintenance visit. It was really nice to get a ride from their courtesy van to a local restaurant to eat lunch while my car was being serviced.. then picked up from the restaurant, dropped off at their service door , do the paperwork and leave! I've always had good service at Darlings for both Honda and Nissan vehicles. I've only had regular maintenance or recalls done and for a Nissan recall that took a while, I was kept informed of how things were going and how much longer it would take. For regular maintenance, I will spend my time walking around the dealership, doing work on my laptop, or just sitting in the waiting room reading or watching the tv. But if I have errands to run, a courtesy van is handy to drop me off at the mall or doctor's / hospital so as to utilize my time wisely. Prior to any service experience, my salesman is super great to deal with and financing / paperwork was a piece of cake! More

Unexpected repair, Darling's to the rescue. Living in the county can be a challenge. Having an unexpected break down can also be challenging. Once the parts came in and our Nissan was up and running, they drove our car to us and exchanged keys. No hassle, no extra driving. Steve took care of us like family.
