My van, which was my only vehicle, had just died the previous day so I was in a rather hurried predicament to get another vehicle. Even though he knew my situation, Scott did not attempt to pressure me into anything that I was not comfortable with either price-wise or "upgrade-wise". He listened to what I wanted and did his best to accommodate it. When I fell in love with what is now my Nissan Rogue, he was with me every step of the way on a very convoluted path to obtaining it, and rejoicing in my great fortune in being able to own this SUV.
