No pressure, highly informed, sales with a smile! When I entered the dealership, I had already decided on a different make and model truck. Kathy was able to show me why this Nissan Titan was what I actually needed, without pressure! She got me the best price and set me up with the extras I was looking for, up to and including : making appointments for me and ferrying my truck around for me because I live so far away! She researched questions I had and brought the Head of Service over to us to address other concerns. Hands down the best experience I've ever had with an Auto Sales Person! Pleasant and helpful I wanted to switch dealerships for service, etc., as it would save me 20 miles one way per trip. The other dealership was great, as well. However, I I wanted to switch dealerships for service, etc., as it would save me 20 miles one way per trip. The other dealership was great, as well. However, I wanted to give these folks a try. They were very gracious and accommodating of my schedule. While the service was happening, I visited with a salesperson about some possible scenarios and how they would work. After the service, a light was on that hadn't been. I drove it from the parking lot back to the service department and they immediately dealt with the issue. They were extremely apologetic, which they didn't need to be, and very helpful. About 30 miles away, the tire inflation light came on. So, I called and they explained why it came on and how to resolve the issue (new tires). I look forward to more work with them. More

Excellent service I have had only positive experiences with this service dept for my older XC90. Tim, the service manager, always takes the time to explain all aspects I have had only positive experiences with this service dept for my older XC90. Tim, the service manager, always takes the time to explain all aspects of the car's service needs, to the point where I feel completely in the loop.
