This so called sales person was polite for the first few minutes then he beagn asking us WHY we were trading a 9 month old truck and then after getting an insulting offer on my Denali I said this is an insult he got very mouthy and said then look at a cheaper truck with cloth seats he also stated that my truck was not worth much and that he could buy Denali diesels all day long for 40,000 new so a 28,000 offer for trade was fare. RIP OFF UNEDUCATED AND RUDE SOB this sales person lost a sale over his higher than mighty altitude laughing a customer when they say I am done is not good business I hope that the owner calles me back he really should listen to the recording I have from the whole conversation with this idiot. This person needs to be given the opertunity to succeed at flipping burgers rather than selling cars More
