As overwhelming as this situation was, their positive attitudes and pleasant/approachable dispositions had me smiling at every step. I've never had such an enjoyable car shopping experience. I was able to schedule a test drive and get more information about the car on the day, and then met Sarah Bowie. Sarah was wonderfully helpful and pleasant, answering all my questions and taking the time to go over a potential trade in and test drive the new car with me. It was a relaxed and enjoyable experience, no pressure and honest communication all the way! Ben walked me through the paperwork, and I drove away with a 'new' to me Toyota Highlander! My Honda CR-V Kathy was excellent on the day I picked up my car with a short and informational series of meetings. She has a wonderful approach of friendly and professional together. This is my 4th Darlings Car (ford Sport Track, Honda Element, Ridgeline and now CR-V) and I would come back again to work with Kathy. Ryan was also a big help in selecting the car as I was still figuring out what vehicle to get. He went the extra mile to search models get the options I wanted. Had my oil changed for the first time here So I recently moved back to this area and realized I needed a new service center to bring my Honda CR-V. They were ready and waiting and my car was done in less than an hour which included the tire rotation and a complimentary wash (which was a nice surprise). The tech even teased me a little saying they took about 10lbs of dirt of my CR-V haha (Maine can be a little hard on vehicles btw 😉) So my experience was very positive, 10 of 10 would recommend to a friend, and I most definitely will be back the next time I need service More

Very smooth experience Kathy was really great to work with, I never felt pressured and she was very patient with my many questions. Salesman had a chip on his shoulder We stoped in after seeing an ad for a truck around the same price. We were looking to buy at. This so called sales person was polite for the first few minutes then he beagn asking us WHY we were trading a 9 month old truck and then after getting an insulting offer on my Denali I said this is an insult he got very mouthy and said then look at a cheaper truck with cloth seats he also stated that my truck was not worth much and that he could buy Denali diesels all day long for 40,000 new so a 28,000 offer for trade was fare. RIP OFF UNEDUCATED AND RUDE SOB this sales person lost a sale over his higher than mighty altitude laughing a customer when they say I am done is not good business I hope that the owner calles me back he really should listen to the recording I have from the whole conversation with this idiot. This person needs to be given the opertunity to succeed at flipping burgers rather than selling cars More
