I ran over a screw with my 5-month old Chrysler 300s, it was lodged completely in one of my tires. I went in looking to pay off my leased Dodge Grand Caravan. I talked to Jim about it and after he had worked some figures I found out I could pay off my leased 2012 and purchase a new 2014 Grand Cara Caravan. There was a bit of a snafu when another van was brought in from another dealership that turned out to not have the equipment package I wanted but my salesman, Jim, was able to get me an upgraded vehicle for very little additional cost. He was very helpful and spent a lot of time with me as the new van had a lot of things on it my old one didn't. I am very happy with Jim, and finance manager Jason Decker and Darling's. Today I took my car in the have the tires put on and have an alignment done. My Valentine's Day included receiving the gift of a piece of metal in my tire. This gave me my first opportunity to experience Hyundai's road side assistance, which arrived to my rescue within an hour piece of metal in my tire. Darling's Hyundai got me in that afternoon to attempt to fix my tire, however it proved to be beyond repair. A new tire was ordered (took an extra day due to out of season tire) and they were able to get me back on my way quickly & affordably. Laurie Dutil assisted me with setting up my appointments and provided extremely friendly service. As always, a great experience with the team at Darling's Hyundai in Augusta. More
