Extroidinary I called the dealership the receptionist was very pleasant and polite. She transferred me to Paul in sales again very pleasant to talk with. Paul didn't cut me short and tell me to come into the dealership, he took approximately half an hour to answer my questions. He didn't just tell me what I wanted to hear to get me in the dealership, he was honest and didn't make promises. We did most of dealings over the phone.. did the application over the phone and called us when it was all done and what the payments would be. Went in the next day had the vehicle ready to test drive and all prepped and fueled up in case we like it. Paul was extremely detailed and knew the vehicle inside & out, he explained everything on the vehicle. We went on a test drive & loved the vehicle. Paul went over the warranty info and brought us around the dealership introduced us to service, parts, receptionist and finance mgr. We stayed with the finance mgr, he had all the paperwork ready for us. He gave us additional options went over all the info thoroughly. Steve (finance mgr) again was polite & down to earth. I just can't believe how organized and smooth this transaction was. To boot our payments came out a little lower than quoted. I highly recommend Paul if your looking for a stress free experience buying a vehicle. Very impressed! Thank you Paul & Steve. More

Excellant Service I just purchased a 2017 Hyundai Elantra from Darlings in Augusta The salesman i had was Paul and he was great and fantastic to deal with i wasn't able I just purchased a 2017 Hyundai Elantra from Darlings in Augusta The salesman i had was Paul and he was great and fantastic to deal with i wasn't able to get into the dealership to do the credit application so we did it over the phone witch took about ten minutes and later in the afternoon i got told that i was approved for financing and told Paul that i would be in the next day for test drive he said ok. I get to the dealership in the morning he had the car ready to go for the test drive before i got into the car he went over in detail about the features of the car and showed me how they work, Then we went for the test drive and came back. We went into his office and and signed a couple things. Paul was very down to earth and nice and knowledgeable. Paul also took us around to the service department and introduced us to a couple of the receptionists then he took us to Steve in the finance department Steve was also nice and down to earth he had the paperwork already to be signed and he also went over some additional options with us. I signed the paperwork and got my temp insurance card. The whole process all together between filling out the app over the phone, to the test drive, to the signing of the papers only took a little over an hour. If anyone were to ask me if i recommend Darlings absolutely. Thank you so much Paul and Steve for making my car buying experience non stressful and a great one. More

They all went the extra mile when it came to explaining the features on the new vehicle and setting up items to help us. Like the Bluetooth, etc. we purchased a bed cover and they took the time to help put it on. I can't say enough about everyone from the moment we drove in the parking, looked at several vehicles, did paperwork , showed us around the new showroom, and coming back to pick it up. Excellent service, patience and respect from all staff-plus Darling's has a great reputation in the Augusta area. I talked with random Elantra owners at gas pumps to hear about their experience and with friend Darling's has a great reputation in the Augusta area. I talked with random Elantra owners at gas pumps to hear about their experience and with friends who own Elantras; every single one of them said "I love Darlings" and "I love my Hyundai." Now I understand why. Paul Watson, my salesperson, showed me the new model Elantra and his enthusiasm for the new features was almost contagious. In the end I decided I could not afford new car payments (although Paul did everything he possibly could to get the price down to something I could handle.) Instead he found me another make which I had expressed interest in, and although it was at another Darling dealership north of here, he had it transported immediately so that I could test drive it. I of course loved it, and the finance manager Steve once again whittled down the financing to the best deal possible. Paul had the patience to answer all my questions patiently and respectfully until I felt comfortable with my selection. When I drove off I felt comfortable with the dealership (not a common experience for me!), and I was happy with my new car. All staff at Darling's showed me the same courtesy, respect, patience, and they LISTENED to me. How much I appreciated that! Now I will be the one saying "I love Darling's."
