Unbelievable Used car deal! Not only did they give me a great price on a used Lincoln MKZ that was $3000 below True Cars average price , but before it left the garage they instal Not only did they give me a great price on a used Lincoln MKZ that was $3000 below True Cars average price , but before it left the garage they installed 4 brand new tires! Then as we were getting ready to leave they put a brand new 32" TV in the trunk "Just to show their appreciation". When we got home we noticed there was no owners manual in the car. A quick phone call and they ordered a new one from Lincoln , free of charge. Almost forgot... during completion of the paperwork when we ordered an extended warranty service plan they gave us a free upgrade from the Base Care package to the Extra care package! Definitely recommend this dealer! More

I wanted a truck and I didn't want to be pressured into anything I wasn't fully sure about. I felt pressured when I purchased my last car at Casco Bay Ford. I did love the service department at Casco Bay though....and now my favorite service manager from Casco Bay works at Tucker Ford!! How lucky and I?! So I enjoyed the truck buying better cause it was relaxed with no pressure at all. And now I bring my truck to Tucker Ford for service guys I really trust their team. I even drive 30 mins further to get service done there instead of Casco Bay now. More
Used Vehicle Purchased a used Ford Escape. Went with the intention of purchasing a newer model Escape but found it did not fit my wife. The salesman, Keagan was v Purchased a used Ford Escape. We finished up purchasing a 2010 Escape, even though when I went out looking for a vehicle I said I would definitely not buy one (It turned out to be the correct vehicle) Keagan made the buying experience fun, though it took a long time. Picked up the vehicle on Monday, on Tuesday tried the radio on the insistence of my grand daughter & found a speaker to be distorted. Called Tucker`s on Wednesday to be told it was not covered under warranty. I explained that it was only just over 24 hours since I purchased the vehicle and the first time I had used the radio. I asked what if I had found the issue on the day I picked up the vehicle to be told that they would have probably charged me extra to repair the speaker. I was offered the opportunity to bring the vehicle in for repair and they MAY (if it was cheap), help me out with the repair. I declined as the speaker in an inexpensive item and the labor charge would far exceed the saving The message I received from my experience with Tucker Ford is:- If purchasing a used vehicle make sure you check EVERYTHING before you agree to purchase, (Under the hood, under the vehicle, all electrics, make sure you have an extended road test) as nothing except possibly the drive train is covered in the 1 month, 1,000 mile warranty. I think there are possibly more accommodating Ford dealers in the area More

Originally the service Dept was very good, but suddenly the service writers seem to be adding more service than was needed. Then they became less pushy under this new ownership. This 2012 has had a lot of service work and it looks like it will only get worse. Now the Service Dept says I need a new fan to the amount of $589.00 plus tax. The gauges in the car say temperatures are fine. What's up with this? I brought the car in to have the air conditioning checked and was told the heating system leaks. You fixed that, but now you say it needs a new fan too. Something stinks here. Speaking of stink, my car has smelled for months. They say it's mold from the heating system. My wife has COPD and if she gets an infection from this car, Ford and you folks will have a serious problem on your hands. I bought this car with an extended service contract purchased from the dealer in Ohio where I bought it. Now your service writers say they don't know if mold in the heating system is covered. Am I upset ? You better believe it ! More
