I bought a GMC Terrain from Darlings in 2011 and have had it serviced there regularly. I cannot say enough about my experience thus far. My car repair was completed later that afternoon at a fair and reasonable price. When I arrived to pick up my vehicle, Mike took the time to review and explain all the charges on the invoice. I utilize Darling's Auto Mall in Ellsworth for both Scheduled Maintenance and some Unscheduled Maintenance as I not only receive great service from the Service Write/Repesentative but the mechanics in Scheduled Maintenance and some Unscheduled Maintenance as I not only receive great service from the Service Write/Repesentative but the mechanics in the service area as well. I like the way that Darling's keeps me updated on the status of my vehicle and the fact that the Ellsworth Darling's Auto Mall isn't a FORD Dealership they also perform the required maintenance checks on both of my FORD Products as required by FORD as stated in the FORD Vehicle Manual. Beside this ANY automotive dealer/service facility that allows me to have my dog with me in the customer waiting area has to be outstanding!! More
