I utilize Darling's Auto Mall in Ellsworth for both Scheduled Maintenance and some Unscheduled Maintenance as I not only receive great service from the Service Write/Repesentative but the mechanics in Scheduled Maintenance and some Unscheduled Maintenance as I not only receive great service from the Service Write/Repesentative but the mechanics in the service area as well. I like the way that Darling's keeps me updated on the status of my vehicle and the fact that the Ellsworth Darling's Auto Mall isn't a FORD Dealership they also perform the required maintenance checks on both of my FORD Products as required by FORD as stated in the FORD Vehicle Manual. Beside this ANY automotive dealer/service facility that allows me to have my dog with me in the customer waiting area has to be outstanding!! More
Had a defective int. handle -30 mos out from purchase,no hard use- M. Ellis and Darlings efforted to share the replacement cost w/GM and myself. Satisfactory arrangement and efficient turn-around. The folks at Darlings in Ellsworth, Maine were very helpful. There was a mistake made with scheduling my appointment, and it needed to be rescheduled. I went to darlings to inquire on trade in value on my truck. Met Robert Kelley a very helpful sales man. 2.5 hours later I was driving out in a brand new gmc. Made a mistake showing up with my labradoodles; they were antsy. I was greeted nicely when I pulled in the service entrance. Andy was ready with the required paperwork and got me right in. I was very impressed with the service I received at Darling in Ellsworth. I had bought my Jeep in 2009 and I did not realize my warranty was up especially b/c some other dealership said it wasn't but Darling in Ellsworth.
