Excellent customer service, no pressure I had avoided buying a new car because I didn't want to have to negotiate to buy one. I heard great things about the customer service at the Ellswort I had avoided buying a new car because I didn't want to have to negotiate to buy one. I heard great things about the customer service at the Ellsworth dealership and had great experiences with auto repair at the Bangor dealership in the past. My car that was 11 years old needed some repairs and I finally decided to try. Paris listened to what I wanted in a new vehicle and helped me find one that was within my budget. Matt was great explaining the financing as well with all of the options to consider. Excellent customer service with no pressure...I will recommend this dealership to everyone. Ps. I don't usually write reviews as I'm a single Mom and don't have much extra time, but wanted to take the time to write this one as it's extremely difficult to find excellent customer service today. All smiles in my new SRT! :) I had been looking for a 2015 Jeep Grand Cherokee SRT for a few months, knowing pretty much what I wanted and found it at Darlings! They were helpful I had been looking for a 2015 Jeep Grand Cherokee SRT for a few months, knowing pretty much what I wanted and found it at Darlings! They were helpful & prompt, completing my finance application online and over the phone before I made the 2 hour drive. The following day I was able to see and test drive the Jeep, and after deciding it was indeed the SRT for me signed paperwork and drove it home that afternoon! :) The staff (especially my salesman Mike Hill) were all kind and helpful during my visit. I had two young children with me who were offered countless snacks, drinks, popsicles etc. As well as allowed to play basketball (very much appreciated!) Mike even went out of his way to accommodate my husbands hectic work schedule to get the paperwork to him instead of him having to make the long drive, again very much appreciated! Overall a completely positive experience at Darlings and when it's my husband's turn for a new vehicle we will head straight back to Darlings and see Mike Hill again! :) More

He worked around my schedule, took my info over the phone, got me approved (which I'm sure was no small feat), and even come in on his day off to make sure all went smoothly for me. Quick and Easy! I was able to do most of my purchasing of a used car online.
