Darlings stands behind your satisfaction! We went to the Darlings Auto Mall in Ellsworth for help finding our very first new vehicle purchase. Both my wife and I are not spring chickens so it was big step for us to buy a new vehicle. Our salesman, Brad Hurd, was more than helpful and went out of his way to make sure we purchased the right vehicle for us and that we were very happy with our choice, a 2015 Jeep Cherokee Latitude. We purchased the Jeep in the fall of 2014. At approximately the 9600 mile mark, our Jeep started having serious issues with the transmission. We went back to Darlings each time a problem arose and Brad made sure we were taken care of while our Jeep was being assessed and fixed. Unfortunately, we were told our Jeep needed to have the transmission replaced. We felt that we could no longer have full faith in that particular Jeep to get my wife to and from the long distance trips she usually takes and expressed our concern to Brad. He immediately set aside our worries and relayed our concern to the General Manager, Chuck Leavitt. Within one day, Brad had our answer. Chuck had agreed to completely buy back our Jeep and helped lower the price on a new 2105 GMC Terrain to get the payment within a few dollars of the same payment to help us out! This was a huge piece of mind knowing Darling's had our back and stood behind our satisfaction and happiness with a vehicle! Brad went out of his way again to make sure were had all the options available to us before we made our decision on another new vehicle. We are very thankful for Brad and Chuck's support and are very we are very happy that Darling's has quality people that stand behind what they sell! We look forward to our next purchase from Darling's and are spreading the word! More

Relieved and Satisfied My husband and I had the bad luck of two vehicles quitting/breaking on us at once. With hopes of a new full sized pick up for my husband, something with a warranty for me, and little wiggle room financially we headed to Darlings Auto Mall. With a great lease deal the new truck was a breeze. For me we attempted to down size, unsuccessfully. The vehicle I'd chosen was too small and uncomfortable for my family. A week later I called to talk with our salesman in hopes we could trade or go back to our previous vehicle. To my surprise we were assured that something could/would be done to meet our needs. Our salesman and financial guys worked very hard to assure our satisfaction. And though, because of our own issues, we didn't come out exactly where I'd hoped payment wise we're both in NEW vehicles we like and that meet our families needs. Mike assisted me with finding a beautiful 3rd row seating vehicle that would comfortably fit my family and my budget! I am in love with my New Vehicle! A good experience Our experience was great, we came in looking with a specific idea of what we wanted, we were a little desperate seeing how we had just lost a vehicle, Our experience was great, we came in looking with a specific idea of what we wanted, we were a little desperate seeing how we had just lost a vehicle, we didnt meet our goal but our salesman was very personal and worked very hard with us, we eventually found something that works for us. I wish there would havd been a little wiggle room on the price or maybe few add ons like utility bars for the price we paid because there were definitely some issues, the vehicle had been in an accident, some dents and cosmetic issues along with mixed matched tires. I would definitely come back, but next time I'll be a little more prepared and not bent over the barrel! Overall it was a great experience! More
