Great Service at Darling in Ellsworth for out of towner Invoice 302579 I have a 2014 GMC Sierra and travelled from Pa. (10hr drive) and during my trip the Truck began to run rough. So I said how will I find Invoice 302579 I have a 2014 GMC Sierra and travelled from Pa. (10hr drive) and during my trip the Truck began to run rough. So I said how will I find a GMC Dealer that will help me on such short notice? Not knowing what the problem was, I did not want to chance it and drive it back home. So low and behold right up the road from my Hotel was Darling Auto Mall. Long and short I walked into the Service department and reviewed my problem with Mike Ellis and he asked to stop in the next day first thing and they would look it over. Next day within an Hour my vehicle was fixed temporarily. While the fixed it for the drive home they also gave me a detailed problem report and parts list. Once I got home I simply made an appointment with my Local Dealer with Darling Service Departments detail. Now that is SERVICE EXCELLENCE!
