He turns signing a lot of papers from being stressful to an enjoyable and stress free environment. When he says we are done, you still want to sit there and talk with him. Ask and you Shall Receive! I walked into the dealership and was greeted by one of the managers. They went and got me a salesman, Mike Hill, and we started the process. I told hi I walked into the dealership and was greeted by one of the managers. They went and got me a salesman, Mike Hill, and we started the process. I told him what I wanted and how much I wanted to pay. He chose multiple options to show us, and I liked all of them. I fell in love with one in particular the Dodge Journey. It met all of my specifications and was new which I totally thought I would need to buy used to get what I wanted for what I wanted to pay. We did all the paperwork and because I made a mistake couldn't drive her home that night. I had to work the next day, but fixed my error and because I couldn't make it back to the dealership they delivered the new car to me! Total time invested was about 4 hours tops. Was so much easier and satisfied then I thought possible. Love my new car! More

Expect the unexpected This past week, we were in Maine for a vacation for our 32nd anniversary. Our Suburban broke down. It was making the most awful noises! We drove int This past week, we were in Maine for a vacation for our 32nd anniversary. Our Suburban broke down. It was making the most awful noises! We drove into this dealership and were met with the most unexpected reaction. These gentlemen did everything to help us out. They fixed the wheel bearings in a few hours while we waited, all the time keeping us posted on the progress. They actually made us feel as if we mattered. They honored our warranty as well. We have been "Suburban People" for the last 25 years and will continue to remain so. The Ellsworth service department is more than a cut above. They are top of the line!! What a great crew!!! We went into Darlings auto Mall just "thinking" about trading.. We've traded there MANY many times with Scott & keep going back! Well he was on vacation, So Alex showed us a few vehicles & let us drive them..Then Harvard took over.. We have also know him forever, so was at ease.. Then we had Mike Hill come into the "Love fest" & he was a great deal of help.. So easy to work with!..Then Scott comes back from vacation & took over & we had Andy added to the mix! They didn't have a Terrain exactly like we wanted so they searched other dealerships in the state & got one for us!! They were all so professional, but we had so much fun, that we really didn't want it to end!! ;) Cannot recommend this dealership & staff enough!! The crew out back is just as awesome.. We did an online inquiry as we had decided to downsize from towing our 5th wheel camper in the future and go much smaller.....got the internet guy, but thought he was the agent......We went by the next morning and found we were asking for the wrong person. MIKE HILL came by..said he would assist us. Great smile, great attitude! We were both immediately comfortable with his consideration of our needs, his knowledge and/or getting an answer to our questions. Darlings also gave us a great trade for our tow vehicle - a 350 Ford truck. And, Thank you Harvard for making our trade up possible and Matt for help on the financial side. OUTSTANDING CUSTOMER SERVICE I recently stopped into your Ellsworth Darlings on 07/30/2015 because I happened to have a meeting in Ellsworth and was hoping that I could stop in an I recently stopped into your Ellsworth Darlings on 07/30/2015 because I happened to have a meeting in Ellsworth and was hoping that I could stop in and make an appointment for an oil change and tire rotation on my Darlings bought 2015 Ford Explorer. Drew was the customer service rep helping me and was more than helpful. He was happy and pleasant and said no problem Krystal if you leave your car I am sure we can get you in! The customer service rep beside him said I will bring your car right around so that you can get your belongings. Kip was very nice and friendly and brought me to my meeting in Ellsworth on the shuttle and used my name a few times. It was only a couple hours later and Drew called and said my vehicle was ready to go! When I picked my car up in the afternoon I saw Kip in the parking lot and he remembered my name and told me to have an awesome afternoon. When I got back into pick my keys up I saw David that does all the detailing for all of the new and used vehicles in the lobby and he remember me from the past 7 years I have bought vehicles at Darlings. He said Hey Krystal your back nice to see you! He said I noticed when they were working on your car it needed a bath so he took the time and washed it for me and got some salt out of my rug. David, Drew & Kip made my day in so many ways and working in a customer service industry myself I couldn't have had a better experience. I will never buy another vehicle anywhere else! I LOVE MY DARLINGS! More
