Getting a car/loan with no credit and lowdown payment I was given some faulty information from a customer service person from the Darlings dealership. Being told that no credit with no down payment isn't I was given some faulty information from a customer service person from the Darlings dealership. Being told that no credit with no down payment isn't a problem. When I went in having no credit wasn't the problem, not having a 20% down payment was. They felt horrible for the 3 hour trip down only to feel discouraged and disappointed. They compensated best they could with a $100 key bank card. Then they worked with me to get a co-signer with bad credit to work. Brad, Matt, and Harvard worked very hard for 4 hours to get my loan accepted and they sent me home in a great car for a great deal! Thank you SO much Darling's!!!! I am loving the car and appreciated hoe hard you worked to get me there. Where there's a will, there's a way!!! I absolutely would recomend Darling's and plan to get my next car in the future from them as well! More

Often times a sales rep will just talk to the guy and I felt like he treated my fiancee with a lot of respect. As a "car guy," I found Mike to be very knowledgeable about all three of the vehicles we test drove, which was a departure from our visit to a Bangor dealership where I knew more than the sales rep. Andy in finance took the time to make sure we got the best rates possible, which was greatly appreciated. I bought a new Silverado from Darling's Chevy last year and also had a very positive experience. I would recommend their Ellsworth dealerships to anyone looking for a new GM vehicle. More
