Good but not so good Everything went great, Mike Hill was a great person to deal with. He was so good our daughter bought a new car days after my experience. My problem was in the service department, the person that applied First Automotive Appearance, what I got was scratches all over my new car, would NOT recommend this done there. After looking at the car, in the dark and seeing the scratches, I called Mike told him I no loner wanted this car. Long story short, they took car back with no problems. More

Service Center Recently brought out Honda into the garage for an oil change, state inspection, and a minor repair. Long story short, there were a few other issues that came up. We gave Darlings a budget and we came up with a plan to get things done. Unfortunately when the plan was executed, other issues popped up that set us WAY over budget. Darlings worked with us to make sure they were able to accommodate the original budget, provided a rental car for the night and even cleaned the car afterwards. The guys in the service department are always very helpful in answering questions, providing rides to and from work, and always a good laugh. Thank you!! More

He proved to be very congenial and helpful, allowing me to have an extended test drive experience, and also he arranged for two additional vehicles to be brought to Ellsworth for me to drive. I will definitely recommend Mike Hill to anyone considering a vehicle sold by a Darling's store. The financing and extended warranty sales efforts were low pressure/non intimating. More
