Fantastic Service I had driven out Ellsworth from Bangor to see a used car online, but it has unfortunately been sold by the time I got out there. Car buying made easy I showed up at Darling's Auto Mall expecting it to be like every other dealership I've encountered. The salesperson asks what you're willing to pay an I showed up at Darling's Auto Mall expecting it to be like every other dealership I've encountered. The salesperson asks what you're willing to pay and what you're looking for and after you try out the vehicle you have to haggle back and forth with sales manager to try and get what you want. This was not the case in Ellsworth- I think I was kind of in shock when Mike Hill came back and told me what the deal was. I certainly did not expect to get what I wanted,but that's exactly what happened. I really appreciated the extra effort Mike seemed to be putting in to my buying experience as he could tell I was not feeling well at all that day. I will definitely recommend Darlings Auto Mall and Mike Hill to anyone looking to purchase a vehicle!!! More

Brad confidently knows that their brands stand on their own with first-in-class quality and style inside and out. His team worked together to customize a financing approach (thanks Matt) that worked for us and was within our predetermined budget. Before buying, we went to the service waiting area and asked people waiting for their vehicle how many vehicles have they bought here, and how is the service and the responses included, "We have bought 3 vehicles here and the service is fantastic and we wouldn't go anywhere else." In this case, it was just the opposite; a very professional and cooperative effort the whole way through. From the initial phone questions with Dylan in customer service who really took the time to listen, through the sales introduction trade in process and appraisal with Jarred, to test drive and new car purchase with Mike Hill, the whole process was seamless. As well, I have bought and leased numerous cars in my day, but never as good an experience with the "paperwork" as dealing with Andy King in finance. The fact I remember all their names speaks highly of them and their character, because they all make the car trading and buying process fun, knowledgeable and easy. Putting the basketball into the basket for a 500 dollar discount make it even better!
