You know they are very happy you have called. They are so geared toward the customer in every way. I called ahead prior to returning a car, and Missy went out and started mine so that it would be warmed up before i got there! That is going above and beyond service. Kudos Darlings I'm not going to lie, I have an aversion to purchasing vehicles. Its not like taking a trip to the grocery store where you walk in, pick out exactly I'm not going to lie, I have an aversion to purchasing vehicles. Its not like taking a trip to the grocery store where you walk in, pick out exactly what you're looking for and leave. The decisions are easy. Hopefully while grocery shopping you don't have to spend hours talking about your food with a bunch of strangers and waiting even longer to purchase your food. If things go well at the grocery store, you're in and out, and before you know it dinner is on the table... Buying a car is making an investment. It takes time.... It can be stressful.... However; My most recent vehicle purchase was hands down the best experience at a dealership I've ever had. The process felt simple, I was kept informed, and made to feel at home and at ease (which is a feeling I've never felt at a dealership before). I left feeling overjoyed with my new vehicle and completely pleased with my entire experience, I know we made the right decision not only in which vehicle to purchase, but also by choosing to do business with Darlings. My wife and I both work Monday through Friday jobs so all of our purchases have to occur on Saturdays. I actually used the Dodge website to build the model we wanted, and literally less than a minute later my phone rang with a Darlings salesman. He said he would have the model with all of the options we wanted waiting for a test drive that very next Saturday (2 days! Later). We drove it home that Saturday and everyone involved in our transaction were the most knowledgeable,courteous people you could ever hope for! Especially like our sales representative Paris Calor! Second vehicle we've purchased from him and we will seek him out every car we buy in the future! More
