My problem was in the service department, the person that applied First Automotive Appearance, what I got was scratches all over my new car, would NOT recommend this done there. After looking at the car, in the dark and seeing the scratches, I called Mike told him I no loner wanted this car. Long story short, they took car back with no problems. More

Service Center Recently brought out Honda into the garage for an oil change, state inspection, and a minor repair. Long story short, there were a few other issues that came up. We gave Darlings a budget and we came up with a plan to get things done. Unfortunately when the plan was executed, other issues popped up that set us WAY over budget. Darlings worked with us to make sure they were able to accommodate the original budget, provided a rental car for the night and even cleaned the car afterwards. The guys in the service department are always very helpful in answering questions, providing rides to and from work, and always a good laugh. Thank you!! More

I called ahead prior to returning a car, and Missy went out and started mine so that it would be warmed up before i got there! That is going above and beyond service. Kudos Darlings I'm not going to lie, I have an aversion to purchasing vehicles. Its not like taking a trip to the grocery store where you walk in, pick out exactly I'm not going to lie, I have an aversion to purchasing vehicles. Hopefully while grocery shopping you don't have to spend hours talking about your food with a bunch of strangers and waiting even longer to purchase your food. If things go well at the grocery store, you're in and out, and before you know it dinner is on the table... Buying a car is making an investment. It takes time.... It can be stressful.... However; My most recent vehicle purchase was hands down the best experience at a dealership I've ever had. The process felt simple, I was kept informed, and made to feel at home and at ease (which is a feeling I've never felt at a dealership before). I left feeling overjoyed with my new vehicle and completely pleased with my entire experience, I know we made the right decision not only in which vehicle to purchase, but also by choosing to do business with Darlings.
