Worst Service Department. Poor customer service Our company van goes in for service and the issue is never fixed. When returned for the same repair over and over again they seem to find other issues. I believe they are created by their crappy techs. They promise a date it will be ready but it never is.... They always have an excuse as other problems arrive. When you try to call the service no one answers the phone. You have to leave a message and wait for a call back. The sad part is the Service manager is one of the owners and he doesn't care. Very poor customer service and we have been a long time customer.. That is now in the past as we will no longer be using Danvers Ford anymore. We will now start to go to KELLY FORD In Beverly. More

I bought my F250 elsewhere and started going to Danvers ford because it is the closest. They treat me like a long term customer. The one time the truck wasn't ready as promised for routine service they took care of me. I had to use the body shop last winter and again great to deal with, just don't expect anything more that a body shop....no BS "customer experience" stuff. More
Sloppy Service, Bad Atmosphere It's hard to believe that Foird allows this business to put its name on it. It was time for a cabin filter to be replaced on my 2016 Ford and when It's hard to believe that Foird allows this business to put its name on it. It was time for a cabin filter to be replaced on my 2016 Ford and when the mechanic was finished there was some kind of dirt all over the passenger seat and the dashboard. There's no need for that....disposable gloves would have prevented this issue. Also, they never use paper floor mats to protect carpeting. It took me almost an hour to clean the interior after this service. To make matters worse, Fox News is always BLARING so loud that it can be heard in the showroom! Businesses should not try to force their political views, whatever they are, on their customers. Ford needs to set standards for dealers that use its name to do business. More
