I have never been so unlucky as to run into a dealership with such surly and unfriendly service as Danvers Ford. My car was given back to me with trim pieces missing, and when I tried to rectify the situati with such surly and unfriendly service as Danvers Ford. My car was given back to me with trim pieces missing, and when I tried to rectify the situation I was greeted with nothing but excuses and attitude. "You came too early, the mechanic isn't in today, the car wasn't ready but you were here" etc etc. I will recommend all of my friends to drive the extra distance to another dealership rather than suffer the same level of service that I received.
