David and I worked out a great deal so a service appointment turned into a sale. David was great to work with and was totally no pressure. He was knowledgeable about the car and everything BMW has to offer. When my schedule could not allow for delivery to take advantage of an incentive, David and Rick went out of their way to provide same day delivery. After exchanging emails for a few days, I went in for a test drive and was met with friendly, knowledgeable answers to all of my questions. I came back a few days later to meet with Dmitry, another member of the sales team who was also very helpful. Upon that visit we quickly made what I deemed to be a fair deal which felt more like a collaboration than a "me vs. them" mentality. My sales adviser and the sales manager weren’t able to accom I’ve been a long time customer of Daniel’s BMW and 2015 I was in the market for a new M4.
