Carlos at Danbury Hyundai made leasing an SUV the easiest experience ever! They helped me source the exact Kona I wanted while it was still on a ship before it even got to the lot and when it arrived, they experience ever! They helped me source the exact Kona I wanted while it was still on a ship before it even got to the lot and when it arrived, they even sent a driver to drop off my new Kona at my house and drive my trade in back to the dealership. Easiest new car experience ever! The driver they sent, Tony, was super helpful — not just removing the old plates from my trade in (so I literally had to do nothing!), but also taking time to show me how to access all the features (there are lots!) in my new Kona. And the car arrived fully license plated and registered, so no trip to the DMV for me! Carlos called from the dealership while I was still in the driveway to set up Bluelink for me and offer to FaceTime with me if I needed help setting up radio stations or anything else. White glove service! 100% satisfied! More
