I called to inquire about a vehicle. I was informed by two different employees that the car was available. I would definitely use this dealership for my future auto needs. I've read the negative reviews regarding the service department, so, while we were there I went to see for myself. The service department was a busy place, but when I asked to speak to a manager to get his response to these reports someone came over right away, listened to my concerns about future service visits and made me comfortable enough to complete my deal. I hope that when my vehicle needs service I'll be able to give the shop a 5-star rating as well. More

I have really bad experience while getting car from this dealership and charged with thousands of dollers warranty insurance which I never requested. Infact I requested to remove it but I was being told thi dealership and charged with thousands of dollers warranty insurance which I never requested. Horrible customer service! ! I have never had such a negative experience with a dealership. They sold me my car two years ago and then when I fill out paperwork to cancel my ext ! I have called numerous times and emailed numerous times and I'm 20 weeks without a response and no money back for my warranty! I highly recommend avoiding this dealership at all costs!!!!!! More

Although I was not at this location in person, everything from my expectations was done very well. Courtney was very professional, explained everything in detail, and always responded to my calls and emails from my expectations was done very well.
