I've had some bad experiences with dealerships throughout my lifetime but with Carlos Montoya, at Danbury Hyundai, I didn't feel pressured to do anything I didn't want to, and he has made MY experience very my lifetime but with Carlos Montoya, at Danbury Hyundai, I didn't feel pressured to do anything I didn't want to, and he has made MY experience very smooth. Friendly staff and good price but very questionable business practices. Was told to rate 10 on surveys in order to receive promised extras. No better word to describe my experience with this dealership and Carlow than Awesome! This is my 3rd Hyundai with Carlos and because of him and his phenomenal customer service I am looking into my 4 dealership and Carlow than Awesome! I strongly advise NEVER purchasing a car from this dealership. My experience has been nothing short of terrible. The service provided is abysmal, and they consistently fail to uphold their promises, i dealership. My experience has been nothing short of terrible. I've been in an ongoing battle with them for the past 6-7 months, and not a single issue has been resolved. Their communication is appalling, leaving customers in the dark without any updates on their cars. To make matters worse, they even lost my car keys when I attempted to pick up my vehicle. When I contacted Hyundai's corporate case manager, I was informed that my car was no longer being considered in a case hyundai corporate opened because my car was not at the service shop, but They had discouraged me from leaving it, stating that it would be towed if I did so. This conflicting information has added to my frustration. The constant turnover of management is also a significant concern. Every time I request to speak with a manager, I've met with someone new, further demonstrating their lack of organization and consistency. In my honest opinion, this establishment warrants serious scrutiny and reconsideration. I deeply regret not being aware of these issues beforehand, as I would have undoubtedly taken my money elsewhere. Save yourself the money and look elsewhere. This place is garbage. As a word of advice, do not place trust in the sales representatives' words. It appears that what you believe you're purchasing is far from what you'll actually receive. Proceed with caution when dealing with this company. More

I called to inquire about a vehicle. I was informed by two different employees that the car was available. I informed the sales representative that I was driving an hour to see the car a I was informed by two different employees that the car was available. I drove an hour and 20 minutes to be informed that the car was unavailable. The sales person then asked if I wanted to see another vehicle. I told him I had no desire to purchase a car from them. My wife and I leased a 2023 Kona and picked-up the car yesterday. Nick Von Kaenel (salesman) and Anthony Petruzziello (sales manager) did an excellent job every step of the way. Having purchased / leased cars for 50+ years, this was, hands down, the best experience ever. No hassles, no gimmicks, and no (unpleasant) surprises. I would definitely use this dealership for my future auto needs. I've read the negative reviews regarding the service department, so, while we were there I went to see for myself. The service department was a busy place, but when I asked to speak to a manager to get his response to these reports someone came over right away, listened to my concerns about future service visits and made me comfortable enough to complete my deal. I hope that when my vehicle needs service I'll be able to give the shop a 5-star rating as well. More
