I found the car I like on the site .I called and spook to Kevin Reyes. I drove to the dealer and told Kevin exactly what I was looking for. I found santa fe but it was missing the roof railing the one goes f Kevin Reyes. I drove to the dealer and told Kevin exactly what I was looking for. I found santa fe but it was missing the roof railing the one goes from to back on both sides. I informed Kevin that I have everyday use for the railing and cross bars. He made it clear that he will be able to have service install the railing . I put down payment and he asked me to come back the following day to finish the paperwork and pick up the car. The following day I called Kevin to make sure everything is going with plans and he will get the railing for the car. He assured me that everything is ok. I drove the the dealer. Kevin was busy with customers. I walked to the service department and asked if the have the railing in stock and how long would it take to install it. I was told that if the car didn't came with roof railing from hyundai they can't install it. I was upset because dishonest salesperson that wasted my time . when i met with Kevin I asked him again regarding the railing and again misleading me and telling me that he would be able to install the railing. I asked Kevin to walk with me to service and verify what he saying. His answer was that they don't really know. At that point I had enough and told to stop I won't buy the car. I found another car and called my back to process the loan Called my insurance company to add the car. I went to the office to sign the paperwork. I was waiting for over an hr for the to finish the paperwork. I informed them that I be back the next morning( Saturday) to pick up the car I went back on Saturday morning to pickup my car and after 2 hours waiting without knowing what was going on. They told my they can't find the title for my car. Very unorganized place. Dishonest. Just wast people's time with no respect. They put dealer plates on the car and asked me to come back Monday to take my plates and registration. On Monday morning didn't receive call from the dealer .called Kevin 2 times and left message .but he didn't call back. The worst service ever . never again More

Guess I’m not the only one having issues!! Buyer Guess I’m not the only one having issues!! Buyer beware!! Please do not ever buy a car from Danbury Hyundai!! Corporate does not want to help either!! Disgrace!! Since day one I have had nothing but problems with this car!! 2018 and the car has no power!! Google complaints for the Hyundai Tucson are notorious for this problem!! Silly me for trusting the salesman!! I took it to another local garage hoping to get an answer since Danbury doesn’t seem to know how to fix it.. and they were shocked and said this car is horrible with power.. they mentioned a few things and now concerned this may cause engine failure and/or fire.. 4 times I’ve been there and 4 times they acknowledged the issue and still not fixed. This SUV needs to go back and now they cant help me with a loaner, number 56 on a waiting list for a loaner... well what does that tell you!! I asked for a rental to be paid, and they won’t cover that either. They said I can get a car rental at my expense! BS!! I’ve been waiting for a phone call from the manager for three days now with this complaint and issue with my suv and nothing!! I will never recommend this place!! Think I will contact the hall of shame and have Hyundai be shamed!! Shame on you! So long as I have this issue … and Hyundai won’t do anything about it while I’m paying the next 5 years.. Hyundai will have a daily post from me everyday!! And the fame they deserve!! SHAME ON YOU HYUNDAI!! I have posted on all Social Media and welcome those having the same issue. With the help of a few advisors, the more complaints with the same vehicle, the merrier!!!! SHAME ON YOU!! More
