One star is being generous. First let me thank our salesperson Byron for doing a great job, other than that I will never step foot in the door again. Sales manager called me the same day and said “bring your appetite and a pen, lunch was on them”. Sales manager called me the next morning to confirm we were coming in to see the car and again “bring your appetite and a pen. Got to the dealership and connected with Byron. Test drove the car and we were buying it. Sat down to do the paperwork and said we have our own financing. Byron starts the paperwork then gets paged by finance. A few minutes later another gentleman sits at the desk and says there is a problem, another customer put down a deposit yesterday and offered us a gas card for our troubles. Told them to keep the gas card and we left. And you wonder why people do not like to deal with car dealerships. More

Purchased a Hyundai Tucson a few years ago, ran into an issue for the Blue link that I require a copy of the Bill of sale. In order to make the car purchase easy on me, Danbury Hyundai took care of financing and completing the car purchase over the phone and saved me $1,500. They also delivered the car and final paperwork to my house which is over 1 hour away from the dealership. Our sales person, Luis Rondon and his associate Jorge Peiriera were personable, helpful and great to deal with. Luis was particularly helpful and worked with us to complete the transaction. The car was delivered to our house, paperwork finalized and everything worked out seamlessly. Thanks to Louis and his team for their flexibility and commitment to the customer. They went above and beyond to ensure that the car purchase was as simple and easy as possible. They really cared about their customer and kept me updated on progress with the financing and paperwork. He came in on his day off to assist with the purchase and be there to support me in this big step. And, beyond that, came out to pick me up from the car rental drop off decently far from the dealership, so I wouldn’t have to get a ride or an Uber. It was seriously above what any representative I have ever spent time with at other dealerships, 20x over.
