We got a fantastic deal on my new car lease from Danbury Hyundai. It was significantly cheaper than other comparable estimates. I just purchased a Genesis GV70 from Courtney Delmore today. I had been in previously over the summer to learn about the car since I had seen them around my neighbor and liked the way they looked. He blew me away upon meeting him, professional, knowledgeable, and courteous is the best 3 words I can describe me. I could have went to any Genesis dealership in CT but when I was ready I make the purchase I came back to Danbury because of him. I would HIGHLY recommend Courtney to anyone interested in buying this car. I also went to Audi, Mercedes and BMW before coming to him and The only mistake I made was not going to him first. He is the best, makes you see like a friend and is not your typical car salesmen. I’m addition for the money I’m spending I truly feel Genesis is the best bang for your buck. I was not impressed at all with the other known luxury cars current models or selections. I can’t wait to pick up my new car this week. It’s important for my wife and I to trust the dealership and its employees when shopping for a new car. At Danbury Hyundai and with Carlos, that’s what we received and ultimately led us to buying the 2024 P and its employees when shopping for a new car. At Danbury Hyundai and with Carlos, that’s what we received and ultimately led us to buying the 2024 Palisade! When we called to set up an appointment, Carlos followed up immediately, introduced himself, and when we arrived to the dealership, he was very courteous, professional, and respectful in our decision making process. We weren’t exactly sure which model we wanted, but Carlos listened to our needs and realized the XRT was the perfect fit. He walked us through every feature, new design, and safety measures in order make sure we were perfectly comfortable. Throughout the whole buying process, Carlos was very communicative, efficient, and reasonable. We were trading in one of our older cars and he was able to get us the appraisal quickly and a very fair price. We texted and chatted about specific documentation we needed and he needed in order to speed the process up. He was so responsive and buttoned up which made us not have to wait long on sign-in day to officially get the car in our hands! All in all, Carlos was a big reason as to why we bought the Palisade. We had gone to other dealerships and test drove similar cars, but didn’t feel treated and respected the way we did with him. He’s wholehearted, professional, and puts the customer first which is something that’s really rare in this business. We look forward to working with him again! More

I called Danbury Hyundai mid October to have my oil changed & mainly to have them take a look & see why the heat/defrost was not working. I have used them since I bought my Tucson in 2016. Every time I changed & mainly to have them take a look & see why the heat/defrost was not working. I have used them since I bought my Tucson in 2016. Every time I call for servicing in the last year or so they can not seem to fit me in even for an oil change for a few wks time. While this is very annoying I expected it. But the person who answered the call in the service dept let me know they could not possibly fit me in until Dec 8th. After a bit of carrying on since I found this unacceptable as the cold weather was coming he said he would check with the manager. Comes back on the phone to let me know that this is the soonest available. I scheduled the service for 12/11 having felt I had no choice & this was my day off & I would have to wait for the car no matter how long as they do not supply loaner cars. That is if they could even fix it that day. Which I now know would probably not have been possible because it’s likely they would have had to order the part. Seems it was an involved repair. How do I know this??? Because with the cold weather & frost I couldn’t wait & so found an excellent garage who’s mechanic looked at it, ordered the part & fixed it all within a 5 day period. Now with this kind of service at Hyundai (which is not the 1st time) why would I buy another vehicle from them even though they continue to send me mailings & emails to buy my Tucson & sell me something new. Highly unlikely I would use this dealership again. More
