This is the worse dealership in the world. I hated giving them 1 star. I highly recommend never to use them. We bought our car from them, and the sunroof leaked from day one, and we brought i I hated giving them 1 star. I highly recommend never to use them. We bought our car from them, and the sunroof leaked from day one, and we brought it back 4 times and all 4 times the sunroof still leaked. They charged us 2 deductible fees when it should have been just once. It was so frustrating. Then they said they would get us out of this car and put us in another car. We told them we could only afford our payment of $450/month. So they said they were going to pay off our loan and put us into this other jeep and the payment were going to be 789.00/month.. double the amount of what we told them we could afford. Needless to say the $22,000 we paid for this car the sunroof totally destroyed the inside of the car. It was moldy and smelled at this point from all the water.. they are just all idiots there. More
We bought a used car from them with extended warranty. The jeep has been back 4 times for a leak and it still leaks, inside is ruined by water and they can't fix it and will not do anything about it. Chris Matos was very friendly in the beginning when selling me a car but would constantly leave for 20-30 minutes and by the time I had gotten to sign the paperwork for the car, it had been 4.5hrs. I expressed what time and day I would be coming in to pay for/pick up the car because I told him I live an hour away and when I went to pick up my car just to pay and leave, i was left sitting in the waiting room for almost 2 hours while he took other clients. Completely unprofessional. Cherry on top, once I finally left with the car, he was so busy with other clients he forgot to take the dealership tracking device out of the vehicle before letting me go with the car. And then proceeded to ask me to drive all the way back to drop it off. The dealership sent someone over to my work to get the tracking device, however, the person was having trouble finding my work and where I was parked so I had to stop working in the middle of the day to go help and Chris had texted saying that it was his day off so he was unable to handle the situation, even though it was his problem to begin with. Im going to be honest with this review. I don't normally come to write a bad review but this was just ridiculous. More
