I bought a new Ioniq 5, which is a truly amazing, great car. However, my sales process was a disaster. The car arrived early, and I had to accept receipt of the car early so they could move on the car befo car. However, my sales process was a disaster. The car arrived early, and I had to accept receipt of the car early so they could move on the car before the end of the month. The entire sales process was super high pressure, and as a result, there were numerous miscommunications including the actual price of the car, miles on the lease, and the lease terms. My Bluelink account was set-up incorrectly by the dealer, and no one even explained any of the car's features to me after I purchased the car. After the sale, I have not even been able to get floor mats, and any responsiveness went out the door. They clearly do not have it together on this car, or perhaps, this is just the dealership. I am not in the habit of leaving reviews, but felt the need to do it here. More

Joe was a great salesman. Really only stopped in to find out how much payments would be on a new car and ended up driving one home. All sales personnel were welcoming and extremely cooperative in turning in my 2019 leased Santa Fe SEL and upgrading me to a new lease on the 2022 same model.
