I was promised a visor to cover a small area in the from of the Tucson i was purchasing. Kevin promised to have it painted before it left the lot. Then he said he was ordering the visor to make amends for the failure to paint. I paid $26.5 cash for this car & what i got was emply promises & 1 year worth of its on order. At anytime Hyundai could have made me whole & you chose not to. I would purchase another car from Hyundai & i will share my disappointment or dress Kevin down on one of your busiest promotion days or wherever i can post it.

We apologize for how long it took to refund your deposit. We had processed the credit immediately, but our processing vendor stopped the request for reasons we cannot explain. Once we realized the issue, we again processed the refund right away.
