Sales department was a nightmare. I almost turned around and left Danbury Hyundai upon arrival. My vehicle purchase was setup for 10 am and my new car was down the street getting wa I almost turned around and left Danbury Hyundai upon arrival. My vehicle purchase was setup for 10 am and my new car was down the street getting washed. The salesman told me it would be back in 5 minutes. An hour and a half later the pulled up . Upon inspection of my new car I found that it was still not and not charged after asking the salesman several times to please make sure it was charged. The car had not been charged and it would take 7 hours and 9 minutes to charge , the salesman said he would navigate me to a high speed charger and then we could wait a couple hours for my new 2022 ioniq 5 to charge up to 80% so we could make it home. WOW . THIS IS A TRUE STORY. JUST SAYING. 4 hours later with my blood pressure soaring and tied of lies and excuses, I decided to take my chances and drive home on a 47% charged car. Jeremy found me the Jeep I’ve always wanted and went above and beyond to get me in it! The entire experience was stress free and pressure free.
