There is no record of any refund in the paperwork that was signed on delivery. Please double-check your contract for the complete terms.

Like I said I have a text from my sales man Jeremy Winter saying a check is going out for $900 the difference between the $450 a month price I was quoted and the $465 I am being charged for 60 months. You should take it up with your salesman and don’t cheat your customer.

It is fairly standard in the industry to warranty parts for one year from installation. As your catalytic convertor was replaced in March of 2019, it would no longer be eligible for warranty replacement. The first battery installed was defective which is why it was replaced.
