Back in march I began searching for my new 2011 sonata I live in new milford so in my in my area I really had 3 dealers to choose from Danbury,torrington or key hyundai in milford I went to all 3 dealers lo live in new milford so in my in my area I really had 3 dealers to choose from Danbury,torrington or key hyundai in milford I went to all 3 dealers looked at there dealers and the deals they were giving and most of all who made me feel most comfortable to deal with HANDS DOWN Danbury was the best I dealt with Jeff he was great! I had no pressure from him he answered all my questions was not pushy at all.He even let me take the car to show my wife at here work and she works in Milford ,The sales manger Dave was great they both worked together to make this my 5th new car purchase my best! Jeff introduced me to all the people who worked there that I would deal with to bring my car in for service or if I needed parts or Even there bodyshop(hope I never need) the car was ready when I came to pick it up on time it was full of gas paperwork was quick no pressure from Steve the finance guy to buy extras PLUS Jeff got me the car I wanted in the color and options they had to swap it in which was fine it did not cost any extra Jeff took the time to find the car I WANTED! THE OTHER 2 DEALERS I mentioned would not they told me my only choices were what was on there lot.....Danbury got me the car I wanted they made me feel important I have also just had my first service done and they were terrific plus ther parts people gave me a great deal on mudguards and all weather mats all in all they took A+ Care of me that was most important. More

I went to this dealership as my first stop to get a genesis coup. The guy I spoke to was very nice and I'm really sorry I'll get back to this with his name, But He let me test drive it and talked abou genesis coup. Every thing was perfect but I wanted the 6 speed transmission so I left and on with my search. I later found a deal at a dealer in Brooklyn, biggest mistake ever. The people sucked service sucked and cars sucked, made me really appreciate the dealer in Danbury. Great dealership, highly recommend. I'm going back there to look around memorial day sales. More
Really bad customer service! They don’t care about their customers and when you enter to their service department they’re looking at you like you’re from another planet. I was in the market of getting a new Elantra and came in to talk about financing and get a better idea with numbers. I slowly figured out that their internet inventory was not correct. I only had a limited amount of time to talk to someone but instead I was brought all over their parking lot to find the car I wanted wasn't at the same prices. He didn't really want to talk numbers because "I was a first time buyer" and you have to crawl before you walk theory. What a bunch of crap. Their vehicles are overpriced and not willing to negotiate anything because I was a first time buyer. What a horrible experience. Which I should have known because of all the bad reviews I read prior to coming in. I went to Hyundai of White Plains where I was treated very well and made my purchase. I got the car I wanted for a good price and I got the financing that I wanted even though Tom at Danbury said I would not get. These people do not know what they are talking about. If you want to buy a Hyundai do not, I repeat DO NOT go here to make that purchase. The drive to another dealership is worth it. More
I was in the market for a new vehicle and visited at least a dozen different dealerships as I narrowed down my search. I identified the new Sonata as my car of choice and figured I'd purchase it from D least a dozen different dealerships as I narrowed down my search. I identified the new Sonata as my car of choice and figured I'd purchase it from Danbury Hyundai since I lived near by. The sales rep was fine but once I started to negotiate the sales manager came into play and the real truth came out. First, while the rep was getting me a car to test drive the manager started yelling at him for some reason or another. This was done in front of several customers. He then cursed several times and bad mouth my sales rep and another while they were in the back getting cars. I work in a company that prides itself on excellent customer service so I know what it is when I see it. I also now know how bad it could be when they just dont car about you and just want to make a deal as quickly as possible. I drove my car and wanted to get a price for the same car but different options. They wouldnt give me a price on that car since I didnt drive it. So, then they went in the back and got another car for me to drive. I was now 2 plus hours into the process and very annoyed. AS I mentioned, I had been to several dealers already and at this point i knew what I wanted but because I didnt drive the exact color/option package, they wouldnt give me a price. Basically they were trying to make me spend my money on a car I didnt want. Overall my experience was VERY poor and they were unwilling to work with me. They were just trying to make me a "spot" deal. Long story short, I went to another dealership 30 minutes away in NY, got the exact car I wanted, was treated very well, had a pleasant negotiation, bad a very fair price, and now I am very happy. PLEASE TRUST ME ON THIS _ NEVER USE THIS DEALERSHIP. THE LEVEL OF UNPROFESSIONALISM AND LACK OF CUSTOMER SERVICE IS VERY UPSETTING. The cars have come a long way but this dealership as a long road to catch up with the quality of their cars. More
