First - NO HIGH PRESSURE!!! Then when we returned, he discussed the options, coices and the price differences. There was no 'how can I get you into this car?" or "what if I..." He thanked us, took notes for himself and we were on our way. A few days later we decided to buy, called him, and he helped even on his day off and when calling one day where he was off at 5PM he was still there with a customer at 6:30. Real dedication. Dondi, the manager who approves deals was fair, had an honest back and fourth and we reached an agreement which I clearly understood the ins and outs of the invoice and the deal. I went into Danbury Hyundai to get a good look at the Sonata. Still not sure what I wanted for a vehicle. I was greeted promptly by Scott. After a brief chat with him he suggested the Elantra. He said that from what I was looking to get and the budget I had in place that the Elantra was a much better fit. He couldn't have been more on target. Scott took care of the paperwork for my sale very quickly,gave me a fair value for my trade, helped me get my insurance faxed over and I was signing contracts within an hour. Steve(I think that's his name) the finance guy, was very helpful, and knowledgeable. I've had very bad experiences with the finance department when I bought my last car. Not the case here. Once finished with finance I was escorted to my new car by scot, where he paired my phone to the bluetooth in my Elantra and went through all the features. Not only was the purchase experience great, but Scott has not forgotten me. He's called me to follow up and ensure my satisfaction 3 or 4 times since I took the car home. I would recommend Danbury Hyundai to family, friends and any other person that is in the market for a car. More
I made an appointment 1 week in advance to have brakes and a transmission leak checked. Left the car the day before. Received a call that evening reminding me to bring the car in. Called at 11 AM on the day the work was to be performed and was told they had not looked at it yet. They would call after lunch. The reason was that they were doing the cars that people were waiting for. No call after lunch so I called at 3PM and was told that they over booked and they haven’t looked at my car. And why did I make an appointment... Picked the car with no work being done up and will never go back to that dealership. I have purchased 3 Hyundai over the past 8 years and never again. More

Back in march I began searching for my new 2011 sonata I live in new milford so in my in my area I really had 3 dealers to choose from Danbury,torrington or key hyundai in milford I went to all 3 dealers lo live in new milford so in my in my area I really had 3 dealers to choose from Danbury,torrington or key hyundai in milford I went to all 3 dealers looked at there dealers and the deals they were giving and most of all who made me feel most comfortable to deal with HANDS DOWN Danbury was the best I dealt with Jeff he was great! I had no pressure from him he answered all my questions was not pushy at all.He even let me take the car to show my wife at here work and she works in Milford ,The sales manger Dave was great they both worked together to make this my 5th new car purchase my best! Jeff introduced me to all the people who worked there that I would deal with to bring my car in for service or if I needed parts or Even there bodyshop(hope I never need) the car was ready when I came to pick it up on time it was full of gas paperwork was quick no pressure from Steve the finance guy to buy extras PLUS Jeff got me the car I wanted in the color and options they had to swap it in which was fine it did not cost any extra Jeff took the time to find the car I WANTED! THE OTHER 2 DEALERS I mentioned would not they told me my only choices were what was on there lot.....Danbury got me the car I wanted they made me feel important I have also just had my first service done and they were terrific plus ther parts people gave me a great deal on mudguards and all weather mats all in all they took A+ Care of me that was most important. Customer service was really bad and what is even worse is that they’re liars. They’re trying to scam you by buying unnecessary environment protection for 1,000. I went to this dealership as my first stop to get a genesis coup. The guy I spoke to was very nice and I'm really sorry I'll get back to this with his name, But He let me test drive it and talked abou genesis coup. Every thing was perfect but I wanted the 6 speed transmission so I left and on with my search. I later found a deal at a dealer in Brooklyn, biggest mistake ever. The people sucked service sucked and cars sucked, made me really appreciate the dealer in Danbury. Great dealership, highly recommend. I'm going back there to look around memorial day sales. More
