My car was ready at the time promised, but among the recommendations was "a missing bolt on the front license plate" - really? Just fix it!!! And lastly, I've NEVER been to a dealership that didn't wash a car after servicing, Overall, a good experience, but little annoyances. More

Had another great experience with the Enterprise staff - very courteous and professional guys. While the broken part was a total inconvenience and would normally make me furious, everyone at the dealership tool very good care of me and there was no way that I could be angry! More

Worst experience in 40 years of car ownership I was looking to purchase the 2013 Elantra I had coming off lease. When I questioned the $599 doc fee they wanted, I was treated with utter contempt by general sales manager Steve Yancoskie. I'm planning on leasing a Genesis in August when the lease on my Mercedes-Benz E-350 expires. I had planned to do it here, and I did mention that to him. He was so utterly obnoxious and belittling, that I decided not even to buy the Elantra. I'm going to turn it in and pay the mileage overage charge just to be quit of this dealership. And I'm going to exercise my option of turning it in at another dealership. I'm still shaking my head. Never been treated so shabbily by a car dealer, not even back in the "bad old days." Steer clear of them. More
