The car I wanted unfortunately had a deposit on it, which I completely understood. Brandon told me at 9am there is a "24 hour rule", that the current deposit holder had to come in within 24 hours or else I c I completely understood. Brandon told me at 9am there is a "24 hour rule", that the current deposit holder had to come in within 24 hours or else I could see it and buy it. Brandon told me he would call me "in a few hours". He never reached out, so I called myself and found out from a different dealer for which the car was under shared inventory that the 24 hour rule doesn't exist, and that the current deposit holder was coming in 2 days. I told Brandon, he said he would "inform management of the miscommunication." Despite one message from him that night saying "It's still on deposit", he has since never responded to my attempted contacts about the status of the deposit, or if the "24 hour rule" even existed. The next day, he read all of my texts and didn't respond. I was ready to buy and these guys clearly didn't want to help or even respond to my message so I didn't have to keep wasting my time. Not sure who is lying about this supposed rule, but either way I wouldn't trust these guys. All it would've taken is honesty and timely responses, and they could've potentially put me in something else. More

Great prices, poor dealership, they have the best prices and Hyundai's are great cars so my experience is the salesman will do as little as possible they did NOT follow up or follow through with anything th and Hyundai's are great cars so my experience is the salesman will do as little as possible they did NOT follow up or follow through with anything they said without me insisting. Working with Carlos Montoya was a breeze! He was informative and helpful yet maintained a laid back/no pressure approach with I really appreciated.
