I came in for my first "The Works" oil change since purchasing my brand new vehicle at Dana. The waiting area was nice & clean. The staff was very courteous. The service was fast. My only complaint was purchasing my brand new vehicle at Dana. The waiting area was nice & clean. The staff was very courteous. The service was fast. My only complaint was that as I left, I noticed that the "change oil soon" reminder was still on. My wiper fluid was empty a week later. So, this made me wonder how much work was actually completed on my service. Is that why it was completed so quickly? What else was missed? Was the oil or filter actually changed? Did they actually rotate the tires, as requested? Should I place markings on my car next time to be able to check? More

Car went in for a recall. Check engine light was on when I delivered it. Service team checked the car and told me the issue. They never told me connecting the diagnostic compu Check engine light was on when I delivered it. Service team checked the car and told me the issue. They never told me connecting the diagnostic computer to the car would be $160 regardless of me fixing the car. Turned into a $500 bill to fix the car or $200 to just take it back. The car was in for a recall I didn’t expect to pay I should have been notified of the fees before the car was touched. More
