This is a review of the sales department not service. I stopped in today to discuss trading in my Ford edge for a new lease. They kept me there two hours showing me cars telling me they were working on numbers and then came out and said they are no longer leasing Edges not sure why, they kept me there and didn’t tell me to begin with when I specifically told him I am only interested in leasing not buying I have been a customer of Dan Ford for 12 years and an extremely disappointed my experience today More
