This is the 5th car leased between my husband and me--my 3rd personally. My car needed a rear light fixed, and it was done quickly while I waited. The staff is great, and made me feel right at home. Very bad service still after years been a customer. I had been called that they have a part of my car that it is a recall , after 2 hrs waiting they told me that they need to make an order. Also they offer me to do the oil change in my car that was needed. I agreed for them to do it but they did a terrible job, they didn’t even change the oil and the filter was also very dirty. They charge me $84.00 for nothing . I don’t understand what kind of job they do now. My motor was exposed to I don’t know what and it was almost broken. I’m very upset about this dealer. It is October and nobody has called me yet to know about the part that is in recall. It is unprofessional. More
The issue with my faulting backup camera wasn't fixed. And it's very hard to reach the service department. When you call there they have the machine answering: "we have a special promotion for select call And it's very hard to reach the service department.
