We Have been doing business with Ford for 45+ years, not only cars but also business vans. Our salesperson Zach Baliant was courteous and attentive to our needs. Our decision was to buy out what we have because I wasn't in awe of the new vehicles or the prices. The day of our appointment to pay for the vehicle in full was very disappointing . We waited 1.5 hours and was seen after I asked for a manager and main office information , I felt we were ignored because of the buyout and not a new vehicle purchase. No-one could give me a name or info to voice my complaint. John the manager was called and he apologized and we were taken care of right away after the damage was done. We have our own business and we take pride in all our customers needs. This dealership is only interested in sales. It was truly their mistake to have placed no value in our loyalty to Ford .
