Awesome, Jorge was an amazing salesman. Very patient answering all of my questions as we visited on FaceTime. I live near the Dallas Texas area, that’s why Jorge’s patients convinced me i Very patient answering all of my questions as we visited on FaceTime. I live near the Dallas Texas area, that’s why Jorge’s patients convinced me it was worth my flight to NYC to purchase my truck from Dana Lincoln Ford. And drive back to Texas. Note: during our FaceTime Jorge found out I’m a huge Yankees fan since 1960. At the age of 7 I had open heart surgery in Ft. Worth TX and my cardiologist was the Great Dr.Bobby Brown. Jorge suggested I take in a Yankees game and that night Aaron Judges hit 3 home runs. Thank you Jorge and Dana Lincoln Ford for an amazing purchase and trip. I would recommend everyone thinking of purchase a vehicle to go to the Dana Dealership first! Greg More

horrible experience, my truck was suppose to be fixed and the vehicle broke down 8 hours later in an intersection in NYC almost got hit by a truck the vehicle just shut down without warning and the vehicle g the vehicle broke down 8 hours later in an intersection in NYC almost got hit by a truck the vehicle just shut down without warning and the vehicle gos into park when it happened, very scary that you DONT have the right people to fix these Fords. sad!!! Well, if Ralph is an indication of the dealership, then everything is right. He is amazing. He’s the reason we are with FORD. There’s no one else like him. I don’t like that.
