Never fear because Joe is here, when in doubt, he gets it done. My vehicle had an issue with the battery, in accordance with the Ford Manufactuerer warranty , I did get a loaner car not right away, but in it done. I own a Corsair It has been in to Dana at least 6 times since I got the car 18 months ago. The car is currently scheduled for service again to fix a problem it was already there for last month. VERY SLOW SERVICE! I left my truck for an airbag light on issue and asked them to do the safety recalls while it was there. I was NOT offered a loaner and after 10 da I left my truck for an airbag light on issue and asked them to do the safety recalls while it was there. I was NOT offered a loaner and after 10 days without a vehicle, I had to have my truck back. I was told the airbag light was not repaired and only 1 of 3 recalls was done - no explanation was given. I was looking for another dealer to repair the airbag when a friend told me that was not a typical Dana Ford experience. I brought it back again and emphasized the airbag light was the top priority (safety issue for me and passengers!). The other 2 safety recalls on my truck needed to be done too if possible. This time, I was given a loaner truck however my truck was in for another 2 full M-F work weeks. The airbag was finally fixed and the remaining 2 recalls too. The repairs are well done but I think 22 days is an unacceptable amount of time for service. More
