Brought car in to fix AC as I'm was going on a trip south and really needed it fixed. It was not fixed properly. When I returned, I let the dealer know I was unhappy with the service and had left a negative and really needed it fixed. It was not fixed properly. When I returned, I let the dealer know I was unhappy with the service and had left a negative review. I received a call from the service manager Mark. Mark went far and above my expectations to fix the issue. Scheduled the service and fixed the A/C issue ( new compressor) at no charge. Thanks to Mark for taking the time to resolve my issue. My original review was one star now it is a 5. Thank you. More

I was returning a leased 2019 silver Impreza and wanted to get a new silver Impreza, but the next available unit would be white, okay down south but not readily visible in snow. Tony kept a lookout for a to get a new silver Impreza, but the next available unit would be white, okay down south but not readily visible in snow. With just over 36,000 miles on my Crosstrek, my car's air conditioning system started making a strange noise. After meeting with Marc and explaining what the problem was, he told me not to worry. With the help of Marc and the Service Dept. staff, the problem was solved to my complete satisfaction.
