I am a brand new customer to Dan Perkins. I bought my car just over a month ago. Before we purchased we noticed the bumper of the vehicle we wanted was damaged. They repaired it before we pic I bought my car just over a month ago. Before we purchased we noticed the bumper of the vehicle we wanted was damaged. They repaired it before we picked it up. The repair looked good. A few weeks after taking it home we noticed the bumper in the area that was damaged was coming loose. I made an appointment for service to be repaired. I dropped off the car the night before. I never heard from anyone from the service dept and called at 12:30 pm to find out what was happening. The service advisor that was assigned to my car left me on hold for 15 minutes. I hung up and called back. Asked who the service manager was and could I speak to him, after holding for a long time again, Mark the service manager finally spoke to me. He said he would check on my car and call me back in a half hour. 4 hours later I called back again when I hadn’t heard from him and was advised Mark had left for the day. I asked for the General manger who was on vacation so I wound up speaking to the sales manager who unfortunately for him, got all of my anger. He said he would try and find out what was going on with my car and give me a call back. After waiting another 40 minutes Mark, yes the same guy who I was told left for the day, called to tell me my car was done. No apology. Wow! The absolute worst way to win over a new customer. Make sure if you need to use the service dept that they keep up with what’s happening with your vehicle. More

Service department is terrible I’ve had many issues with prior cars ( oil cap not being put on ) and also have had the same issue 4 times now with my current car.. they never have loaners either which is a prior cars ( oil cap not being put on ) and also have had the same issue 4 times now with my current car.. they never have loaners either which is a huge inconvenience this will most likely be my last Subaru I purchase which is a shame because your sales guy Tony is awesome..
