I went there for oil change and filter. The wait time was terrible, I had an appointment and my car still took two and a half hours! I was not told of the delay and was not told in advan The wait time was terrible, I had an appointment and my car still took two and a half hours! I was not told of the delay and was not told in advance the cost of the cabin filter, which was twice as much as I’ve paid in the past at another facility. Front desk girls were rude and indifferent. Wait for them to finish what they are doing before acknowledging me. Waited long time to complete work. Then waited more time while they catch up with paperwork before you get your car. Then I couldn’t find car and then their attitude was go find it. Then she had an attitude when I said I am not walking all over the parking lot to find it. Horrible dragged out experience just to get an oil change when I could get it done somewhere else in 15 minutes. Also had car on 3 time for tire pressure light. Then sent me home saying add air to tires. 2 days after returning home pressure light came on again. Can’t they fix the problem? More
Super helpful and efficient! I called the Service Center because I had an issue with the AT Oil Temp light. I did have to bring up myself that I thought the part was covered unde I called the Service Center because I had an issue with the AT Oil Temp light. I did have to bring up myself that I thought the part was covered under warranty before they were able to look into it, but once they did, they confirmed and were able to change the part the same day. More
