Took my car for service where they stated they topped off all fluids. Had to go back because they didn't do it. When I went back for the second time they didn't topped off my fluids again and left my hood op all fluids. Had to go back because they didn't do it. When I went back for the second time they didn't topped off my fluids again and left my hood open. That is a safety issue to leave the hood open, I could’ve been in a very serious accident. Not only do they charge too much but then they said my car needed more work which I was never notified when they did the inspections. They rushed to get my car out and are making up things my car needs. I have family members that work in dealerships and are technicians. I wanted to give Dan Perkins Subaru my business but they have lost another customer. Never again, when you call to complain they don't say anything. Very poor customer service. More

Waited a long time in line to pick up my car even after being notified it was done, was apparently in the wrong line so then had to wait longer.
