It is my pleasure to write a review of our salesman Steve Savo. We came to the showroom on the busiest week of the year, the last week in december 2020. Although we did have to wait 45 minutes, Steve apologi Savo. We came to the showroom on the busiest week of the year, the last week in december 2020. Although we did have to wait 45 minutes, Steve apologized to us and spent enough time with us that we left satisfied. I returned on december 31st to finalize paperwork. The showroom was even busier. I waited about 90 minutes after my scheduled appointment time to meet with Nick to finish the registration and other paperwork. The following day I returned with my spouse to pick up my car and Steve spent the most time anyone has ever spent reviewing all the features and buttons in my car and made sure my remote access was connected. He said I could call anytime with any questions, and I believe it! He seems to truly care about client satisfaction and gave me undivided attention once he started with me. I have already told other subaru owners to go to Dan Perkins next time they want a car. This was the best car buying experience and it was all due to Steve. More

My husband and I had a fantastic experience buying our first Subaru with Steve. His top priority is customer service and he hit the nail on the head. Steve spent the time to show us the bells and whistles of the Ascent. Once we decided that was the car for us, he searched to find us the one that was just right. Never did we feel pressured to buy a car from Steve. He took the time to get to know us and we ended up with the car that was just right for us. The customer service didn't stop once we drove the car off the lot. Steve has reached out a couple times to make sure all is good with the car and if we need anything (And we have only had the car a week!). Thanks Steve and Dan Perkins Subaru! More

After looking at several local dealers and many phone calls later, I went to learn all I could. Steve Savo gave me a tour of the vehicle, listened to my questions/concerns, and tried over several weeks calls later, I went to learn all I could. Steve Savo gave me a tour of the vehicle, listened to my questions/concerns, and tried over several weeks to meet my criteria. Steve hoped he could change my mind about the other sales experiences I had that were unacceptable. Steve did just that by taking great care of my soon to be new car, my finances, and even introducing me to the tech in the car. Steve was funny, kind, and detail oriented throughout the entire process. Don't we all need to laugh a bit? Car shopping can be arduous for all. It did not stop at sales, Nick, in finance, was kind and informative while genuine about hearing my questions and concerns. I had intended to leave after my first trip around the lot, but Steve and Nick's efforts made it all come full circle! I am a first time car owner that stayed on budget, gained leather and heated seats, and the color of my choice..in addition to feeling safe while driving! Thank you Steve and Nick! More
